I've recently added "Live Chat Support" to my site and have a question:..

Does everybody wishing to chat to our support online have to have a ICQ account or can anybody initiate a request and chat.

Any person can get to live support.. itŽs not necessary have an icq account.

All the ICQ does is enable the user to see if you are on or off line.
